Food and beverage

At Norregård we believe that a whole is always better than two separate successful halves. We therefore see our kitchen and restaurant as one workplace and not two. Food and drink in perfect combination is our objective. We constantly search for new solutions and methods to achieve such success.

We find our ingredients in the garden of Skåne, its waters and fields, or wherever we know that quality and flavour have not come from chemical flavour enhancers or confusing additives. Norregård's cuisine stands for genuine and unadulterated food, elegantly and innovatively presented.

We buy our drink from all the corners of the world. We try to localise the slightly less-known vineyards and producers who put their heart and soul into their craft. Usually, the drinks are not matched with the dishes, but the other way around. Of course, our sommelier is particularly discerning, like our chefs, in his choice of natural, organic delicacies to meet our guests' demand for quality.
